Hey friend! I’m glad you’re here! I’m Allison and I specialize in calligraphy, watercolor, Call of Duty, and Disney. Here you’ll see a collection of my favorite things: Jesus, my family, and my home. You’ll usually find me with a cup of coffee (whatever kind I can get my hands on) cozily planning a trip to Disney World or living out whatever random obsession I have going on (previously on the list: kickboxing, DIYs, and my dog’s Instagram).
My husband and I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia where we have two handsome dogs – Rupert (Mini Aussie) and Poundcake (Boston Terrier).
I hope this gives you a little view into a pretty average life of a progressing Creative working a full-time job. My purpose isn’t to just share my life, but to build relationships with others and motivate some of you to get going on your own dreams. Watercolor and calligraphy have been in my life since college, but I never found a good outlet for it. My version of “being creative” was pencil doodling during math and making colorful workout plans I rarely followed. I’m super thankful that I’ve found both time and purpose for my passion.
Full-time
I graduated in 2017 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. I’ve been working in-major since graduation for the a really great company and enjoy just about every day of work. Having said that, technical work doesn’t always feel like my true home. I’m not leaving, just growing in a few different directions!
